Up to one month after the date of delivery, a simulation suit or a product, that has not been used, may be returned, and the order will be cancelled and the payment will be refunded including one way of delivery costs. Instead of receiving a refund, the customer may chose to exchange a product for another one. Should a product have a defect or damage, SD&C should be informed without further usage and SD&C will organize and pay for the return of the product, and a new product will be sent. Usage of a new product before return will be regarded as a rental of a Senior Suit. For trials and tests, a Senior Suit can be rented, and when buying a Senior Suit thereafter, the rental fee will be fully accounted for.
